when i launch ARRM i get an error " you dont have the latest version of the database. error : the Microsoft jet database engine cannot find the input table or query 'core_new_database'. maske sure that it exists and that its name is spelled correctly. i am using v1.8.9.4, and both .net and visual c++ are higher than mentioned in download section. if i tell it to continue anyway then select system folder, green check, click rom folder, then click display it just says please wait. it just sits there. if i close program the ARRM loading screen stays up unless i end task. please help

Uninstall arrm, remove files in arrm folder in program files, then reinstall.
If you install a new version via setup.exe without uninstalling the previous one can produce this error.

Another solution is to install version without installer where you have to manually copy files
